Personally, I’ve have used Xtreme NO for a little over half a year. In that time I have gained about 16 pounds of muscle. For someone with my size and build that was pretty good. At the same time I lost about 17 pounds of fat. So, for myself, I am very happy with the results.
Anyway, that’s just my experience. I did some research on the web and found what others had to say about their experience with Xtreme NO. Here is what I dug up:
Most Guys Reported Great Results
I found a lot of guys that tried this stuff out. Obviously, the results varied from one person to the next. Honestly, some guys did not experience the increase in their muscle mass that they thought they would obtain.
However, for the most part, a significant amount of the guys that took this stuff were very excited about their increased muscle growth and happy that they discovered something that actually worked.
This is the experience of pressure or tightness when the blood goes through muscle. In a large majority of the cases, this phenomena lasted a great deal longer than previously and for some people, for the rest of their day.
The reason this supposedly happens is because of the perpetual release formula. The companies’ explanation is that it continues to work to enable increased nutrients and oxygen to the muscles long after the workout has ended.
CAUTION: This may actually be a negative for some men. Some guys may genuinely find this uncomfortable. If this is something that you are not used to or something that you do no desire, then simply use less of this product. Conversely, if this is something that you really dislike then I suggest that this supplement is not for you.
Reduced Muscle Soreness
Xtreme NO creates a greater blood flow and increased nutrition to the muscles. It stands to reason that the muscles themselves would repair more rapidly.
Higher Energy Levels
Once again, having increased blood flow enables most users to experience an increase of energy. This, in turn, leads to a better and more effecient workout.
CAUTION: A significant number of guys have said that this energy increase continues long after the workout is over. For some people this may mean the inability to sleep or even relax.
There are some users that have found that they suffer from headaches and others report having diarrhea. These instances appear to be in the minority and the only way to find out for yourself it to try it.
Another possible side effect is that a minority of users have experienced weakness and some fatigue following the initial boost of energy. As I mentioned before, different people have varying experiences with supplements.
